ATHENA

Celebrate Women’s Leadership, Connection & Impact

The Ontario County Chamber’s ATHENA Leadership Awards is more than a recognition program — it’s a celebration of women who lead, mentor and make a lasting impact across our community.

For more than 40 years, we’ve proudly hosted one of the longest-running ATHENA programs in the nation, honoring leaders who are shaping the future of Ontario County.

Our 2026 Event

We honored 10 incredible women during our 41st Ontario County ATHENA Awards program November 5, 2026, at Finger Lakes Community College.

To learn more about our honorees, take a few minutes to watch the videos created by North Water Productions.

Congratulations to our recipients, Johnelle Keck and Samantha Boccacino!
