While the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce answers some phone calls for CMAC, we cannot sell or refund tickets. Please call the box office at 585-678-6938; the box office is open from noon to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as show days. NOTE: The Box Office is closed until spring; however, you can leave a voicemail at that number and someone will return your call.
The Chamber does receive lost-and-found items from CMAC. The Chamber is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday; however, we will not receive items until after 11 a.m. the day following a show. The Chamber will hold items from the 2024 season until November 1, 2024.
